Unable to View PDF Files

PDF files should automatically load in your browser. Make sure to try different browsers first to see if the PDF file loads. If you are still having issues loading PDF files and have Adobe Reader, try the following steps: 

1. Open up Adobe Reader.
2. Go to Edit.
3. Click on Preferences.
4  Click on Internet.
5. Uncheck “Display in Read Mode by default”.
6. Click OK.
7. Close out of Adobe Reader.
8. Close out of any browsers you have open.
9. Re-open the browser.
10. Connect to Documoto and View the PDF file.
