Printing Static Media using the Document Viewer
Printing Static Media
Users are not always able to access a computer or mobile device. Documoto has a solution that allows users to print pages, chapters, books and static media. Below are instructions for printing static media (images, PDFs, documents) from Documoto.
- Static media (such as PDFs or images) can be printed directly from Documoto itself.
- First navigate to the static media page by navigating to the appropriate media shelf, book, chapter and page (Note: Many static media pages are simply contained on a shelf and do not need to be found within books.)
- Once the page is selected, an embedded file will open in Documoto’s ‘Document Viewer.’
- On the top right side of the PDF viewer are print and download icons that can be used to print the document or save the document to a desktop or mobile device.
