How to Recover a Lost Password

 
  1. In order to log in to Documoto, you must be connected to the internet.

  2. The Documoto login is available at the following URL: 

    https://documoto.digabit.com/Portal/ 

  3. You should have an assigned username and password.

  4. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can recover your password by clicking ‘Forgot Password?’.


  5. Documoto will then prompt you to enter your username and click ‘Send’.


  6. IMPORTANT: if you are uncertain about your username, please contact your designated OEM Documoto point of contact to confirm your username.

  7. You will then receive an email, at the email address associated with your Documoto username, with a link to reset your password. It’s possible that your username is the same as the associated email address.

  8. Note: the reset link is only good for one use and must be used within 2 hours to reset your password.

  9. ‘Click’ the reset link within the email to open the reset password web page. You will be prompted to enter a new password by the alert below.


  10. The new password must be at least 8 characters, contain 1 special character, and contain upper and lower case characters. Once you have defined a password that meets these specifications, enter and confirm the password in the appropriate fields and click ‘Submit’.

  11. If successful, you will receive an alert that ‘Password has been reset’.
