SOAP Web Service Response Codes/Messages

When sending in a SOAP request to a Digabit API, we will always include a response code and message in our response to you. This will tell you whether or not the request was successfully submitted or if there was a problem submitting your request. The full list of codes/messages is:

 

0    Success.

1    Error occurred during operation: $1

100  Unrecognized file extension.

110  Invalid tenantEncryptedKey value.

111  Insufficient data was provided to complete request.

112  No data found.

113  More than one item found.

114  User not found for userName: $1

115  Media not found for identifier: $1

116  Media category not found for name: $1

117  Organization not found for name: $1

118  UserGroup not found for name: $1

119  Insufficient privileges found.

120  Part not found for supplierKey $1 and partNumber $2.

121  Invalid language code: $1

122  TagName not found for: $1

201  Update part failed.  Unable to find supplier for the supplier key requested.

202  Update part failed. A part number already exists for the new part number requested.

 

Please note that ‘$1’ and ‘$2’ are variables that Digabit will fill with data specific to your request.
